Our first blog is indicative of who we are.Preoccupied with respectability and material values. Its something that as Chicagoans we know and love: BOOZE and ENTERTAINING. Chicago is home to over 300 bars and over 250 nightclubs, but in the thrifty times, the party is now in our living rooms. ILL SPIEL is introducing our Southern Living inspired "Bourgeois Boilermaker". Ingredients are simple

4 cans of whatever beer you like
3/4 cup of vodka
one can of frozen lemonade concentrate(raspberry or pink)

We preferred Minute Maid Raspberry Lemonade,Heritage Brand Vodka, and Anhueser-Busch.Can we get a Hell yeah! This one sneaks up on you. Substitute frozen OJ for "hood mimosa" and have all of your friends dying to kick it at your crib.Just make sure you have a punch bowl or container large enough to handle that foam if you're using a malt liquor.
